At MyKodagu, we take great pride in the quality of our single-origin coffee. Every bag is roasted with intention and shipped with care.
Since our products are perishable and custom-roasted to order, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the highest standards of safety and freshness for all our customers.
Damaged Goods
Refunds or replacements are exclusively applicable if the goods are received in a damaged condition.
Damage includes compromised packaging that affects the quality of the coffee or breakage during transit. If transit has failed our quality standard, we will make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must satisfy the following conditions:
- Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and original packaging.
- Ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
- Wrong grind size or product selection by the customer.
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
